Additional Information: last few days i did post a thread to buy a paypal acc and he tell me @TopQualityDocs he can to do this. After that he create an acc but its he have a perma limit i cant to accept or receive any funds then he told me to download an app to help me to make one from my IP he got the control of my pc and he dont do anything after that he always delay to make a new one and yesterday he say i can to refund ur money if want and i told him to keep try and this day i did to send him a msg but he blocked me directly ( by LTC payment )

Well i was out sorry for not being able to reply i will be very glad if i can just refund you

So far i created so many paypals in c.io i have great feedback for it , but the problem with you sir is that you are using (cheap vpn nordvpn/express vpn) to access your account

I created a full log without taking payement from you i sent you the log first , you checked it you limited it i unlimited it , you limit it again it got perma banned  , and then i tried to create a new one for you but it got perma limited because of your vpn
I asked you 3x times if i can just refund you you didn't accept so please just let me refund you   

I asked for your anydesk in order to create it in your computer , so you have the creator cache so you will not face problem with vpn but sadly ip pool is so bad for nord vpn/express so you got limited again

I am very sorry that you got disapointed,  i've asked you since the begining the moment you limited the account to get refunded i've did my best i unlimited it 2 times but you got it perma limited and did it again with the new one vpn is a really issue to access sensitive account like Paypal better use 911.re in order to avoid this problem !

REQUEST : Can i get the reputation (-6 Scammer) remove since no scam was done to the user he even posted screenshot 2x times where i ask him to get a refund , Please .
