Additional Information: I previously purchased Mullvad through this individual without issues, but communication is consistently extremely delayed. He appears to be overwhelmed with customers and often takes a very long time to respond (he should hire workers). Because of these delays, I have been waiting for over one year for the 2TB iCloud storage plan that I paid for. I have not received the service product. I requested a refund, but he refused and stated that he does not offer refunds, despite the fact that I never received what I paid for. At this point, I believe I have waited long enough and am now reporting.
