Scam Report Against SonicRefs

Additional Information: Bot has been down for like a week, owner said bot will be fixed in a few hours and its been a a whole day and it's still not working. I wanted a refund for 207$ because that's the amount in my balance. I also wanted another refund of 200$ because right before bot stopped working I Bought 2 200$ cards (100$ each) for some reason the bot was sending me different cards ad they were already used. On top of that I couldn't even use the checker thing because it would show different card numbers and it would say "Unable to check card status at this time. Please try again later."

I also wanted to note, I don't believe sonic is a scammer. Im personally just tired of using the bot, I feel like the bot is down longer then it's up.

Bot is back up.
 
The owner and his team had to run some maintenance, and it took longer than expected. That happens from time to time with services like this.
 
If opening a report every time it’s down for a bit is how you want to handle it, you might be better off with a vendor whose setup fits your expectations.

Sonic can we be for real? The bot is down more then it's up.
If your gonna run a business you can't be closed more then your open, especially when people have money in there account and prepaid cards they just bought.
When your prepaid service is down for a week, Cards are dying and on top of that you should know Time is Money.

Last thing I wanted to say on top of all this the prepaid service guy lies about when bot will be back up.
First he messages bot will be up in a few hours, 1 day later nothing.
Then he deletes his old message and says the same shit "Bot will be up in a few hours" then the cycle repeats.
If your not sure when bot will be up just say your working on it, don't say bot will be up In a few hours that's not cool.

You’re not getting a refund. Running a bot is a constant grind of fixing problems, keeping things online, and dealing with issues that pop up out of nowhere. If you think it’s so easy, go ahead and make your own. I’d bet good money you wouldn’t last a week before it all falls apart and you’re right back where you started complaining to someone else.
 
You can use your balance to get more cards. That’s the only option on the table. Whether you use it or let it sit there doesn’t matter to me, but there’s no special treatment coming your way.
