Additional Information: He was to help me book hotels for Oct. 2-5. Without any updates, and with something personal coming up myself, I ask to cancel the booking, which had not been placed yet to my knowledge. This was six days ago, and today would have been the day I needed the hotels; there has been no response from him to my telegram messages. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt that he is just away, but I haven't received any communication at all, so I feel like this dispute has to be opened.
