Additional Information: User wasted one of my developer's time after offering him $200 for a project, explaining how  he wanted it, and asking for corrections when they were needed.
But, when the payment day came up and the project was done, the user just stopped answering us as you can see in the chat log above. This ended up wasting many hours of work time.

@TimHortons Sorry for the delay, I've been hungover for days after NY eve and lost over 6 ether! I told @Hamburger I'll pay but since you leaked the project with scam report im no longer interested!

Since he wasn't responding in the ticket (which he says he didnt because he had the server muted - should still see @ pings anyway btw), i decided to pm him. This was after the sudden "i lost 6.3 ether" message seen here (https://i.gyazo.com/9aa101a1141c8adcbaeb...eb541f.png). Its clear that i was trying very hard to understand his situation by asking questions about his ether loss, what he meant etc since he was pretty vague, but was left with no reply. Also he lost the 6 ether, which we still don't know any specifics about, like a day or two after requesting payment.

With no replies in pms, and no replies in tickets, of course we had to open a scam report. Now Supio says he doesn't want to pay for the project he asked for just because we "leaked everything" by opening a scam report, which again makes no sense. The actual program isnt in the proof link, nor is anything incredibly top-secret. 

He asked for a project, we agreed on a price, I completed the project. Therefore, he is required to hold up his end of the deal.
