Signed up and deposited $20 on their site for an FTID on a label. It has been a week since I placed the order and about 4 days since they said they “dropped” the order off. I’ve contacted them many times and gave chances to complete the order but they are not responding anymore. Terrible service, clear scam or just bad service overall, refund my $20 to my crypto address.
