Additional Information: I asked this guy if he has german pr in german language. He told me he will get it for me, before buying in the screenshot you can see I sent him the ss of pr I already got it from him some time ago. Then I trusted him and paid for german pr. After like 2weeks ago after a lot of spamming he just sent me the same report I already got it from him some time ago. Just a little edited. If you want I can send the pr he sent me second time. After that you can see in the chats he asked me to wait for the new report and talked some BS about "worker...". And after 2 months he still didn't sent me when I spammed him, tagged in his group etc, today when I wrote him that I am creating scam report, he trying to say that he sent the report bla bla, it works etc, but the thing is I complain not about working or not, but about that I paid for this guy 2 times and  got the same product, when I asked for german pr. (Everything is in screenshots).

the PR i gave him isnt in german language but it has real case # german , real German PD and Its working, aswell as diff from  , can send a Refund for Germany  that ive done recently with same PR i sent him  . it wasnt working 2 months ago when he sent to me but its working now and can confirm with Refund Confo 

the same pr with german info , case #  and modified/removed Items  from it , but still eng , is working , can show you proof if you would like .

You answers doesn't change the fact that you sold me the same pr 2 times, and I paid twice for the same pr. If your pr started working you could instantly say that to me and offer a refund or something, because you knew before selling that I got the pr form you. You just ignored my messages for 1 month for no reason, and when I told you I'm gonna write scam report then you appeared and telling me that I should be fine with the thing you sent me, when in the first screenshot you can see that this is your pr that I already have ehahah.
