Additional Information: I purchased a Bypass AVS service for amazon.com, and the seller introduced me to his worker named "Mark Caller" to handle the service. Cloudy, the seller, assured me he would process the refund afterward. I paid a $30 upfront fee, which, although not a significant amount, still matters as I feel scammed. Initially, Mark pretended to be working on the service, but after a few weeks, he began ignoring my messages. When I asked Cloudy about the situation, his responses were always along the lines of "let me message him" or "let me check," but he never followed through. Cloudy should take full responsibility for his worker's actions since he was the one who introduced me to him.
