Additional Information:  Quick timeline of the order :
I purchased it through https://kenix.bgng.io/ on the 7th of Dec, 2024. Created a ticket on the same day.  Screenshot of the ticket that was closed https://imgur.com/a/atlEU3r
He said it will take few hours. But it was only upgraded on the 11th of Dec, 2024.  Also, the plan was a standard plan while he clearly advertised a uhd plan.  Not even 24 hrs after the upgrade was done. It stopped working.
At this stage, i no longer want his service. I have waited patiently but no response. So yeah, just refund me please. I no longer want to deal with the guy. Its the 10th day of purchase with  not even 24hrs of use for me. 
I dont want another netflix account for resolving the issue. Just REFUNDS.
