I’m reaching out to report an issue with a method I purchased from a user named Clixou — a “CC to BTC” method.
From the beginning, the method has not worked at all, and I have clear proof of this, including full chat logs and a screen-recorded video of me trying to use it that was sent to him also.
Despite explaining the issue many times and providing evidence, the seller keeps repeating the same response: “Send me your questions and I will help you”, which I’ve already done multiple times.
Instead of addressing the actual issue or offering a refund, he avoids responsibility and claims it works for other buyers — which does not change the fact that it does not work for me and seems faulty altogether.
I am asking for your help to review the evidence and take action accordingly. I have done everything possible from my side to resolve this directly with the seller, but he is clearly avoiding accountability.
Please let me know what steps I need to take or if you’d like me to send the full proof now.
