Additional Information: When i wanted to buy an aged account he told me wasnt available, he will give me another and all anyways i chose USA, he said he will dleiver within 1hr, later comes and tells me paypal cant create US accounts his getting error, i said fine try tomorrow, next day same shit he says so i told him maybe your IP is limited, he said 7 people blah blah same thing....MIND YOU iv never seen paypal rejecting someone to create an account lol

Anyways after 2 days i guess he delivers me an NZ account where we agreed should be aged probbaly and restored, he comes and delivers me a brand new account which is restored, dint bug me alot....i open the gmail and in the gmail it literally shows the account was created the same day/few days ago and idk what bullshit he did to the account they instant limited it, then he just provided ID and shit they un limited it.....THATS THE DEFINITION OF RESTORED PAYPAL HE CALLS, limiting it intentionally then removing limit

anyways i dint use that paypal alot i just used ut to receive 2 transactions and BOOM account is limited, the second transaction dint even get through because it was already limited, i contact him regarding it and he says its BAD luck, such a shit account which dint even match his description.....REMEMBER he told me in the chat he will provide an aged one with transaction, that account was empty brand new

anyways i tell him to help me restore and all he gives late replies or ignores and tell me his on vacation, BUT he can access forum, advertise accounts and deliver he just cant deal with my account....he speaks to his partner or whatever and they come with an excuse we dont have documents for the account WHY WOULD YOU SELL AN ACCOUNT WITH NO DOCS AT THE FIRST PLACE?????

His pretty much a new seller here in the forum i am 100% sure he will create a new account and start advertising again under different brand name, and currently his telegram groups his advertising he has restored agd paypal business and all that shit

This kid is joking with me.
He ordered a new US account. But i told him that US accounts are not living more than 30-40 minutes.. so I cant deliver.. then he told me that he will take any. So i proposed him a NZ restored account. I never dealt with him about lifetime warranty. He bought from me in 8th August and came with limitation in 13th August. It's 5 days. And it's his second transaction.

Now @Liars tell me is this make any sense?
I never told him that i will do after sale service or anything. He bought that account, I didn't forced him for that. I ask him will the NZ pp is good. He told yes. That's why i sold him.

After giving you the access you said perfect!

And the account was restored, it's means it's documents submitted and verified.
You could resist me that time and you could ask for the refund that time. Why you said "Perfect" that time then?

Another thing is, that time it was perfect and you have used it for making a successful transaction, after that why it is a bs account?;

This is online account and PayPal will trigger the kyc system when you try to do any illegal shit.
And you did so. Otherwise a document verified PayPal never ask for documentation again.
