1. He requested a VC
2. I gave him the method
3. He claimed it was against ToS and refused to vouch
4. I showed him all the forum rules. He couldn't point out which specific rule was violated. The method doesn't violate any of the 68 rules listed under the "Forum Rules" section here
5. Then apparently he had some moral issue with the method, claiming "I don't support this".

Note: If he wants to, he can pay me half the price of the method ($150 USD) instead of leaving a vouch if it's really that big of a moral issue. At this point, I'd expect the vouch to be pretty biased though.
Also, @Atchame please don't reveal any parts of the method while replying to this. We can discuss it with a mod in dms if necessary
