Imagine you owned Netflix. I bet you wouldn't be very pleased if some random guy started STUFFING credentials using a "webtesting suite". Fuck, you'd probably end up banning them and consider legal procedures against them if needed.
I also noticed you don't say a word about carding and dossing. Very suspicious, eh?

everything related to credit cards will get you banned
and ddosing also

the site is completely legal.
it got seized by the german police once but always remained online afterwards.
this is a Pentesting forum and has nothing to do with cracking or illegal stuff
