staff should check the new threads daily, give their opinions and if most of the staff team & community agrees with the suggestion, it should get accepted within a week or so

Depends on the suggestions because some of the suggestions needs to be applied using higher permissions or with the devs effort.

things should get changed

The problem is that some suggestions like more sb tabs for diff group / languages, more groups after heaven, more emojis, more <insert something here> were denied before. Few suggestions that are related to changing prices or asking for monthly discounts are something that KSZ can decide, not staff.
