Helloooooooooooo :feelsgood: i recently found a method of obtaining really HQ complaints and broken product videos/pictures for virtually any product a person wants to SE.
Meaning we can eliminate the struggle social engineers go through with getting to the proof of purchase stage with tried and true complaints/evidence, i'm talking original files, straight from real customers of the company/product in question, that clearly shows a broken product along with a beautiful complaint to summarize the whole thing. Complaints and evidence that have ALREADY factually gotten refunds/replacements, success is virtually guaranteed! After all, if that customer could do it, why can't the social engineers too? And i know, complaints/evidence is only half the battle the rest is up to the person social engineering, ofc. I'm just saying we can help them through that battle with some quality complaints and evidence to get them along the way.
Food for thought:
1. Imagine how many people are struggling to come up with convincing stories to get a company to even consider them as real buyers who are struggling with their products.
2. Imagine all the time spent doctoring photos to make something that MIGHT convince a rep it's broken, vs something that already has done that and is REAL. (saving time/creating certainty)
3. Imagine all the Se's that would've succeeded if they'd just had that extra something (a picture or video), the times when the company was 1 step away from considering giving it to you and all they needed was a picture of the broken product and you didn't have it.
