Just want to preface this, originally I had planned to give the seller 24 hours before opening a deal dispute. However I have seen that the user has since been active after I posted in his thread and made a support ticket. The user is ignoring both of my methods of contact.

user added balance to site. I can confirm. can close and move to solved whenever you'd like. As I said in OP, i would've waited 24 hrs, except you were active, and ignoring my messages. you could've asked me to wait, except you gave no response at all.
