In 2022, the Ethereum halving will happen and Ethereum 2.0 will be released. This update will make Ethereum a Proof of Stake coin and no longer a Proof of Work coin. This means that you will no longer be able to mine Ethereum and this will make  ETH silent miners useless.
So, if you are looking to buy a silent miner don't buy an ETH Silent Miner.
