Hello,
I am currently trying to SE ASUS. So, I have serial number + photos with serial number on the back and invoice (they didn't want it). I have started repair proccess (not return, REPAIR, they do only repairs in my country) and they offer me home pick up. They can't specify exact time of pick up + they told driver can check my package, so I made excuse to refuse it (Lot of work, I am not home often). I tried to ask for prepaid shipping label and they told me it is not possible, but offer me to send it at my own costs and just label the package with my RMA number, which they gave me (to be able to locate the package).
Is it still doable? What is the best way to complete this refund? FTIDv3? LIT? This is my first SE (I don't count food, drinks and that easy SEing) and I will be happy to complete it, but actually need help from you.
