The receipt for the purchase of the item. Please send a screenshot, without cropping, of the invoice/receipt screen for your order. We do not accept mobile screenshots, so please provide a browser screenshot of your invoice/receipt.
Type out the serial number of the product. This support article HERE will show you where the serial number is on your item.
Take a photo of the front, back, and both sides of the product, including a photo of the serial number. No box photos, please!
Your full name and address. (Note: The replacement order can only be shipped to this name/address)
