I am writing in response to the dispute opened regarding the UK driving licence I sold to the buyer. After delivery, the buyer claimed that 30% of the information was "expired" and demanded a replacement. However, I did not agree to provide replacements after delivery, especially since the document was already sent and the details matched what was agreed upon during the transaction.
 
The buyer did not mention any specific issue before opening the dispute, and I believe the claim of "expired" information is not accurate or was not clearly explained. I acted in good faith, and the buyer received the product as described.
Please review the communication and transaction details. I am willing to cooperate, but I believe the buyer is using the dispute process to unfairly pressure for a free 100 Again.

Hey,
Just wanted to respond to the dispute and clear things up.
First of all, about the licence — the buyer messaged me after delivery saying "30% is expired" and started asking for a replacement.
I told him from the start I don’t do replacements after delivery, and the document was exactly as we agreed.
He got what he paid for. Here’s the chat where he admits it: Chat Proof
 
Now he’s accusing me of being a multi, which is just not true. I’ve never had another account on the forum.
 I know someone who sold similar stuff got banned, but that’s not me. You’re welcome to check my IP, device info, or anything else — my record is clean.
I feel like he’s trying to use the dispute system to get more out of me unfairly. I’ve been honest and straight from the start.
