Additional Information: I don't intend to label Synem as a scammer, especially since I've exchanged over $4200 on his server. However, allowing a scammer like vapo.btc to operate freely and promote scam servers on your platform raises concerns. I provided solid proof of the scam, and initially, you cooperated and agreed to compensate me with whatever vapo.btc deposits. But then you stopped responding, which makes it seem like you're siding with the scammer. I simply want a refund of the $80 I lost in the exchange. Allowing scammers to continue exchanging without consequences undermines the trustworthiness of your platform.

Yes I get that and I've seen your TOS but agreeing to take $80 from his deposit if he does (and he did, proof in the screenshots) then ignoring me is scam behavior lmao, + vapo literally stated that you went over this with him and you told him that you don't care abt this, which adds up to u completely ignoring me in our dms.
