Additional Information:

So, his config LOCK accounts and hits them without CAPTURE/INFOS, I got 400+ Hits all locked without INFO, he said my combo are OLD not fresh this is reason, i said him ok will buy from you cuz he sell dating combo, and he refunze to sell me his combo cuz he know that will be same result, proof: http://prntscr.com/qaq4ks

I said to him check your combo 100K and on end send Screnshot of hits to check if the hits are with info: http://prntscr.com/qaq4rf

He is refuzing to do that cuz he will know that hits will be without INFO (STAFF or ADM can verefied that on his TW): http://prntscr.com/qaq4yu

He keep saying create one account and send info to check, so created account will HIT with info cuz is new account and cant be lock instantly and will HIT without problem, but cracked accounts never can HIT on his config (ADM / STAFF can verefied it)

so in my thread (that he did a favor and wrote) there is term of service : "YOU WILL SEE TEST OF THE CONFIG FIRST THEN PAY AND TAKE"
But also if my customers have anyproblem i will help and support them to fix completely the issue,and refund is just when config don't work at first time and cant get fix (work=give hit,give bad) and also many times i gave another config as gift to my costumers if the suffred to just them be satisfied

i tested account and account was banned(locked) before
but also it should show capture as age="c" if account be banned before then it was clear to his OPENBULLET HAVE PROBLEM TOO

he tested my version and again "nah its give retry" (its a shame that people dont know should delete proxies which saved before on openbullet and reload again or say nah working before check network and....)

(how a config can get a account lock??! for a knowledge: config is just some code that give orders to the bot like openbullet and openbullet is a internet explorer bot that just follow the orders for login)

**i asked him to he give me his account and he refused (cause he told me he made a account,tested and locked while my account dont get lmao lock after some week and test),so i said him make a account and give me he refused again,he siad i havent time for this(idk.is it take 24h to make?),he told me yourself make one but i had and made one and showed him before but he say nah nah...
he says maybe one account dont get lock but list use will get lock

he is using a combo that have locked account or something like that,how ever there is no term of services or rules to "Refund,My Account will locked" for config,my job is making config and i did my best and done my work,its look like u take a instagram config and say why its want 2verifaction or take psn checker and say why account get reset?? it is you that should know how bypass that verify(like using same ip for specific combo(germany ip for germany combo))

@KSZ , say darksnake to check a 50k or 100k combo list, and at end just check his HITS if they all are with infos like he SAY, i pay 2x more to him, so i will send +20$ to him, if his HITS are without info like im saying he will REFUND my money or get BAN

i really cant understand whats the diffrence between one account or a list that i showed before with video,as i said before the public combo need 2fa because cracked several times how ever even  any account in any site needs 2fa,its not matter to the fucking config,its the site

if u ask from every other config makers,the words and ideas are same
i have 33 vouch and its about 1/3 of all my customers,even i got 2 other vouch while this kid opened this report,how can i be scammer?
im config maker and i sold config,i didn't sold firstmet account,if i was do that then yes u could tell me why u sold 2fa account
