Additional Information: I have purchased from him an account which should have F1 and received one that didn't, explained him which ones do but have not received any account since then, nor a refund.
Crypto address for a refund: I used Paypal. He can refund the same way back if possible.

According to his TOS, I can not vote for him negatively, otherwise, the refund will not have proceeded, this is my only resort.
