Additional Information: we did an exchange, he sent me 100eur in paypal i sent him 100usd in ltc here is txid : 3b18fdbf45f5f97bf4c7455fbf0112e3a041218760d8e46ec4d429241a6cef27, after i sent him he opened a disput on me in paypal and refunded his money
