@Alex I understand yes, he said it panel but he did not say clearly it was not "official chatgpt admin", chatgpt has 2 time of upgrades one is individual and other is through panel "Invite to my email" but later after paying i found out it is whole another website he calling it panel, i imediatly asked for refund but he didnt provide, I did not use account even for a first time because i knew he could use it against me "you used account so no refund" infact he could change password of acount and take access back but he didnt.

Yes I provided him the email and password he asked for, but if my customer change email address there is no any place or option of "reset password" this is why i asked him if he will reset password in my requested and he rejected
I bought chatgpt pro from him and pro has unlimited usage allowance no matter how many messages u sent, he created another chat bot using chatgpt api, so nothing will happen if many people usage account at same time since api has unlimited usage, if chatgpt was plus which has limit then it make sense for not allowing to sell more than 1 customer

After carefully reviewing the scam report, it’s clear that the service was delivered as agreed. The original post explicitly stated there would be no returns, and the screenshots clearly showed that this was not just a ChatGPT account, but a full panel with multiple AI tools.
At no point was a single ChatGPT account mentioned, only access to a panel. It wouldn't make sense to advertise a ChatGPT account and then show a completely different interface.
Please proceed with the remaining $20 payment within the next 24 hours.
