Please, take a look upon the context of this thread.
He cannot provide stable accounts (They die off within days and then it's just a repeat process where ignore one for months).
If you tell me that his "fix" is to go on with his ways of what I've described then it's really bad for the community and basically a scamming tactic which he gets away with. A refund or partial refund is sufficient in my eyes.

He got the accounts and acting like he doesn't have them, either way let me know @Darkness

Can you please touch the subject regarding his ways of doing things? It's basically a scamming tactic...

They are upgraded, however as I said several times already, they wont function more than 1-3 days. Can you please postpone this thread until 72h and after that close if nothing has been stated, he doesn't have any DWC tag anyway (that's also something that has been mentioned about, see threads in suggestions/proposals)
