I replied the customer next day asking about actions he took on account. And he went silent.

I had no problem to replace the account, but he have ghosted me for 3+ weeks.

Account delivered June 13th
Customer informed me about issue June 16th
Window to check account/report issues is 24hrs.

I can honor a replacement in this case, but customer never replied.
