@Bitcoin It would be an mistake but if he did it with all his combos then yes he will have to refund. However, it just seem like it was 1 file. Also, since there is very little evidence that he did it more than once. I will have to say that he does not have to refund. Unless you got evidence he was doing it for all his combos. Solved. closed.
