Context:
I was locked out of my account and RealVerify was unable to unlock it even though he has the correct KYC documents.
When the account was delivered, he sent me the wrong KYC documents, because of that I was unable to verify my account when I was locked out of it.
He says he's working on it, but does not give any updates and when I open Revolut I don't see any progress with support.
I DO NOT WANT A REFUND.
I WANT MY REVOLUT ACCOUNT UNLOCKED.
HE SENT ME THE WRONG DOCUMENTS FROM THE START.
THIS IS RIDICULOUS.
I'm open to showing more proof if anyone asks for it.
