Additional Information: I bought a PayPal account with Coinbase LINKED to it from Clown 14 days ago. After lots of problems with the accounts, I received both Coinbase and PayPal, but they weren't linked. I tried to resolve the issue with him for days, but he was never able to solve it, and now he hasn't even responded for a few days. Unfortunately, I lost the other chats because I lost the other account, but you can see that I wrote to him with the new account and we finished the account (he still has the chats with my old account).
Crypto address for a refund: I'll give to him in case of a refund

Well de delivered both accounts what you need is a vcc linked to paypal i only do verification you can link random vcc. I was going to help as good gesture only but we didn't got one in hand rn that why we didn't reply.
You asked me for paypal and coinbase both same name we delivered them. I dont even see a reason for the dispute tbh man. -_- ...speechless
