Additional Information: this is my first scam report hope everything is correct. I bought combos from this seller and he didn't give me what we agreed on. he said that the combo have "warranty" then he tried to disown his own words.

This is my second scam report against the same person but with another account of his, he is both WTSBASE and warmwind
I made a scam report in raidfourms "hope this is allowed" and the admins agreed that both the IP of the banned WTSbase here and there match, he said that he own this account and provided a screenshot that proof his ownership.

what I want is a refund or to ban the other account of the scammer so he can't scam other members.
the scammer provided this screenshot in the other forum which proof's he owns warmwind too : https://prnt.sc/ynwhj5
The admins in the other forum said that the IP of the scammer match the IP of the banned account WTSbase.
