Additional Information: he said the config has 1000 cpm in proxyscrape free proxy list and i get 1 to 0 cpm and after i proved him wrong he blocked me

yea he also kinda scammed me saying that his proxies last up to a week and then they barely lasted for 30 mins then proceeded to say he cant refund bc he hes struggling.
