Additional Information: Bought these 2 generators from user. Received them, he set up HWID via UUID. I told him that I will be using Virtual Machine. Used them for couple of months and then resterted PC to factory settings, but made a backup of Virtual Machine. I haven't know that when you move VM, the UUID resets which made my software not working anymore. I would understand all of this if seller didn't say at the beginning, even before I paid, FIRST TIME HWID RESET IS FREE, SECOND TIME YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR RESET and this is my first time problem with HWID. Even though I wanted to pay him to reset it, he didn't want to and is unresponsive now.
