From my review it was seen that:

- The user did not have a suspicious email, as ok.de is a used email platform among Germany.
- The credentials sent by OP are not incorrect, the error caused by it is not by faulty credentials, but from a possible shadowbanned account.
- @xXAMDXx sent a photo from his bank, that was used to pay for this netflix upgrade.

Due to the nature of both sides could be right or wrong. A partial refund is a fair veridict. 

@xXAMDXx refund a partial refund of 12$. Do so within 24h.

Conclusion: Both OP or Seller could be right. OP could've changed something within the account causing this error, and Seller could've banned the account before, as Netflix sometimes doesn't shadowban the account at the time the seller left the account.
