a scammer? how can a scammer deliver a working and fully verified accounts? the accounts was working and fully verified on the time i delivered them and you can confirm that, you buying  kyc openup accounts what you expect? working forever like your personal account?, these thing can happen from time to time and i dont give any warranty on that, i've sold lot of accounts in the past and none of them had a problem and @Liars can confirm that as he was middleman on most of my deals.

You yourself stated that you changed identities. So these don't work anymore. On top of that, there are so many people selling Wise accounts, why isn't there a complaint filed against them? So the problem is you. Opening accounts this way causes them to be locked. Admit your guilt now. @Darkness will make the final decision.

lets make things clear, i deliver you the product exactly how its descripted, fully verified and working, and our TOS stating that our warranty is login only, so buy on your own risk, if you dont accept that tos dont buy from the first place no one forced you to buy, you cant just buy and ignoring our tos then back asking for refund.

Doesn't it seem a little strange that this problem occurs in the last 3 accounts, while there is no problem in the first 2 accounts? Are you kidding me? You are the one who said that the IDs were created fake. Did you think Wise wouldn't understand? Wise realized the IDs were fake and closed the accounts. You still keep arguing that you guarantee access to accounts. Don't try in vain. There is no point in extending it after this point. Please @Darkness can you resolve the issue? I sent you all the conversations via PM and evidence that the same identities were created as more than one fake ID. Please check your PM.
