I want to draw attention to the fact that the combo you bought 10.12.21 https://prnt.sc/1wvdgg1 and we do not know what you did with it and who passed it. Otherwise, we are ready to replace the 4k.

i sent u just one use that he post the same emails of ur combo, they are many there, and allot of combo not working at all, no hits on many config streaming games and shopping.
