Terms of the deal were:
1) He receives Paypal transaction via Goods and Services
2) He pays me within the next 48 hours in Crypto (Proof: https://imgur.com/PUOVeNt )
3) Cut is, 70/30

@the47 agreed on those terms
But, what @the47 has done, in time order:
1) He contacted and chatted with my customer for unknown reasons (Nice for privacy purpose ) (Proof: https://imgur.com/a/h7DiAr4 )
2) He, when the 48 hours was about to be done, told me he will pay 3 days later (so 5 days instead of 2 days...) (Proof: https://imgur.com/r0aL1ta )
3) He, proposed, in the middle of the process, to give my money to Escrow then it will be released once customer said it's completed, which will add again more time delay (Proof: https://imgur.com/OR9DJGP )
4) He, proposed that he will release money when customer will put that transaction is completed (Nice, so he can scam me without any problem ) (Proof: https://imgur.com/8ffO3rL )
5) He, proposed that he will release money when i'll give him tracking number (Which I agreed to give him once he received money on his bank account) (Proof: https://imgur.com/bLe3rzz )

Always breaking or changing terms of the deal in the middle of the process.

@Hooold claims I have scammed them but there have been no scam taken place.
explanation and screenshots attached below.

I agreed to become their PayPal holder on the 6th of October and on the same day he told me he would send me [font]€800 to my account ( https://imgur.com/a/GL2ejAj ) and the next day on the 7th I received the money on my account ( https://imgur.com/a/IfkkvU9 ) and on the 8th I transferred the money to my bank ( https://imgur.com/a/yIoWdJD ) It usually takes 2 days to transfer to my bank, but this time it took 4 days due to the weekend as 8th October was a Saturday and 9th was a Sunday so tomorrow the money will supposedly arrive, this proves that I have not held back the money from @Hooold because me myself have not received the money.

And yes I had emailed his customer because I wanted to find out how legitimate @Hooold was as I wanted to avail their service and buy an IPhone from @Hooold and by this bit of conversation with their customer I thought there was something fishy about @Hooold ( https://imgur.com/a/mTrG5sF )

So naturally I wanted to protect myself from getting scammed as @Hooold can send a fake package and then I will pay him but after the customer receives the package and finds out it is fake, the customer will charge back on my account, in fact due to the mistrust of the customer to @Hooold they have already done a charge back ( https://imgur.com/a/v9i5fSg )

to keep my side safe I proposed to use an escrow service so that there will be no risk on their side or mine but later dismissed the idea because @Hooold said it would take even longer for the money to reach them ( https://imgur.com/a/FFs4hXq ) <--- (10/10/2022) and also as shown on the screenshot @Hooold said the shipment will be sent "today or tomorrow" which implies the shipment will be send on the 10th of October or 11th of October BUT the customer states @Hooold said the shipment was sent on Saturday which is the 8th of October ( https://imgur.com/a/jna2OM4 ) 

All of this made me think something was fishy and that is why I said I would only send them the money after me and the customer receives the tracking number of the shipment.


I really want to trust @Hooold because they are a good person as I understood from the beginning of our conversation where I proposed I would hold for them for 15% not knowing on their
thread it was mentioned 30%, but @Hooold told me they would like to be honest and let me have 30% as it was proposed on the thread and that impressed me.
I still would like to do business with @Hooold and if they send me the tracking number and I am convinced that the shipment is legit I will immediately release funds as crypto. [/font]

i know you answered me but i had to make sure from the customer, when you buy a product you ask the review from another person who bought it not the person who sells it, if you did any thing with the names of my customer that would just make you more untrustworthy.

look i am sorry for changing the terms and contacting your customer but now the past is the past.

I've no longer trust in you, it's sketchy how many times you changed terms
Nothing tells me that you won't change again terms of the deal when i'll gave you tracking number
I won't risk to loose money, so as you had confirmations that I posted the parcel by the customer
AND, as if I give you the tracking number, nothing will push you to send me my money...
I just ask you to send me the amount we agreed by crypto, then i'll give you Tracking Number, as you know by customer that i've shipped the parcel
Sorry, but 5th times you changed terms of the deal, i've no more trust in you
