the hitrate from the combo cloud was very low.
for example from the 100 hits , 15 were from the combo cloud around 15--20 max
and for the refund he already got the refund check screenshots and we had our deal settled plus the combo cloud is also paid which means I paid to get those hits if you know what I mean

EDIT . I guess you checked the screens already, I'm gonna settle this by replacing him with 20 accs which costs 50€ in my store in one condition he follows our TOS

he says he going to replace "20 accounts" which is way less than what should be replaced.

he is claiming "cloud combos had a low hit" when again he admitted 10k hits were from cloud and i have proven more than once nearly all the accounts i was given were from the cloud.

i should be given 200 accounts or $100 refunded.

I didn't say I had 10k hits (there's a difference between lines and hits @vertex stop acting like you didn't acknowledge, if I had 10k hits I'd drop 500 as replacements XD it's not gonna hurt me, what the heck https://imgur.com/a/2A78xIq  , I meant that the database I used had 100k lines total and 10k were from the combo cloud, and from the 100k I get max 150-180 hits which is 15-20 accs from the 10k (if not less)

I dropped him 100 accs as replacements (total accs he took were 300 + 100 is 400 accs) + a 90$ refund. plus he said this is how its gonna be settled check the screenshot https://imgur.com/a/Q0ioNVS.png , and I agreed with him.
@Liars I hope you take a second look, as I mentioned  I've been doing this for years and never had a scam report or smth like that, this person  used the  accounts and wants his money back after  taking a refund + deal settled days ago

you gave those as replacements so no i didnt take "400 accounts" it was only 300 cause 100 of the originals you gave me were all used by other people.

you keep saying i used the accounts and now i just want a refund. i have bought THOUSANDS of accounts from other sellers from cracked and i have NEVER had an issue like this (where accounts were used by other people) you are the other seller i have had this issue with.

you keep bringing up your reviews like it does anything in this situation. its clear your buyers arent experienced when it comes to of accounts.
