Additional Information: bought a rdp from rdp monster, received only user and login, without the ip, can't login to the rdp nor use it without it. completely useless. messaged them about the not received product on multiple support platforms and they haven't responded in over 24h. on their website they boast about 24/7 support and delivery in 2 seconds.
