Additional Information: i made a order in his shop, this give me address , i sent money and close my browser. i never recieved accounts and  ,these are screenshot about my payment, ticket on discord server , and e i never got a response , my money is lose for your foul , i don't want accounts already because it is a lots long

i never even received any payment for his order... 

i checked the invoice from atshop, and its indicated as not paid... i checked my coinbase commerence and no payment found from his email/hash...

so what do i do? refund him money i never received?

Maybe he pay with low fees and u never get it because its not confirmed with 24h. He have to contact sellix or where u selling stuff

first . i want that admin explains me , first why did u closed ticket? why can he answer when he wants to do ? @Teken   is he your friends ? and he can do something  here?
second: i don't have screenshoot  when i did order but why had i  doing  that ? i only copy addrees and amount and sent money and i never recieved it . it payments has more of 100 confirmations i use coinbase
why did he show address on my order ?
