Additional Information:  bought a 10$ bal vcc i needed it just to deposit like 4-5$ into a betting site, it didn't work, ok i'll understand, then tryied to use it on multiple websites, even paypal(which he stated in one of his threads that it will work). He didn't even read the pm on-site, then added him to discord, he first sent me a wave gif, and then i told him about the refund and from there he didn't answer no more, saw him online, idle, all that, he obv saw the message but refusing to answer, told multiple times that i will open this deal dispute.

Bro, you sold a shit card, couldn't use anywhere, i messaged you in like 20 mins after i received the card, you said in your FAQ that you only refund if i contact you after 2h from order and the balance is still the same. It was under 2 hours, the balance ain't touched, i didn't get to use the card at all, so you need to refund, easy.
