Additional Information: I wanted to buy an account for 5$ first to test how he's accounts are I bought and everything was fine, I wanted to buy another 4 total 20$, and he is refusing to refund me or send the accounts , saying that the first account that I bought price was 25$, nobody asked for 25$ account the screenshots are here I asked him for 4-49 connections that cost 5$ !! REFUND ME I DON't WANNA DEAL WITH HIM ANYMORE!
