So I have asked him many times before I pay if the account is already ready and if the delivery is after payment, and he kept saying yes yes yes.
After payment, he said that I'll have to wait for his partner to get wake up, which I refused and which wasn't what we agreed for before I send the crypto.
I asked then for a refund back, and he blocked me and clear all chat.
Happily I had recorded the conversation since the start.
Now he saying that after this scam report he will make me wait longer and kept insulting me, screenshot above.
I don't need him to deliver me anything now, either refund my money or get him banned.

As long as you lied about that and attempted to scam me by deleting the chats and messages, I wouldn't trust you again.
I just want my money back and I wouldn't recommend your services to anyone.
