Additional Information: Paid WorldWarrior to make me a config for a target and the target ended up not being viable so we went back and forth until we agreed upon a target. After we agreed upon the target I waited around 2 days to ask for updates and WorldWarrior tells me that the config consumes a large of credit so I also requested a VM to be made along side the config at no extra cost and it was agreed upon as well. After a couple days I ask for updates again and WorldWarrior sends me the VM then I asked him where the actual config was and he went radio silent up to this point. The interaction length started on Oct 27
