Additional Information: I bought it last month, i asked for an ETA on the upgrade and he said 24 hours, i made the payment and then i waited 2 days without a single repply, he said "this situation is odd and not gonna happen again", i waited a few hours cauz he put one announcement saying that it will take 2-4 hours to complete the tickets, i asked 5 hours later if my acocunt was upgraded or nah, he offers me a refund i said yes.
I waited for hours to get my refund and i really needed the upgrade so i found another service and paid for it, the guy was really fast and upgrade my account in less than 5 hours, so i told William that i already got an upgrade so i don't need itr anymore, then 4 hours later he upgrade my account without giving me my refund, till this point more than 3 days passed. I don't need it anymore but i was like ok i could resell that account.
Then 3 days ago the account was free again, i asked for a refund or a fix, he can't upgrade it, i asked for an ETA then he said that i need to read the TOS but i already did that and it said "We deliver within 24 hours because we check payments manually, In rare cases It may take up 48 hours",so here we are 3 days later so i asked for an ETA again today he said 1-2 hours max and again nothing 11 hours later.
He offers me a refund 7 hours ago and nothing, i am opening this cause i'm just done with his lies.
