Additional Information: Seller stop communicating with me as soon as account was delivered. Bought a sumup sole trader openup on 7th Jan. I was hesitant to open the zip file he sent me on my phone, so when I had time, 2 days later, I set up a virtual machine and opened it within. However, I was not able to login because the account’s 2FA was still active. I let the seller know, but received no reply. This was within his 3 days warranty time. Emailed sumup to request a change of number, which they’ve done in the past for me on previous accounts I’ve owned, after contacting their support from the registered email address. Received an email today that the account is now closed, despite not ever being able to login. Still no response from seller, 6 days later. Updates his telegram channel and online here recently, so most likely ignoring me. At this point, would prefer a refund.
