Additional Information: I asked for a replacement but Uala failed to do so , he owes 910USD in BTC , only 800 out of the 14,000 subs had work, he also resold 6990 subs from the subs that he had initially sold me and even threaten my friend to leak out all the prime subs that he sold to us , he ignores and doesnt answer  , not even compensating so i request for a full entire refund , its a lot of MONEY , be aware of SCAMMERS like UALA , he doesnt even gets his own subs but from suppliers and resells. , oh yh my friend did business on my behalf as we are partners in business he can even vouch and show more proof if needed

sup I'm Israel#2270 the guy on the conversation, I've tried a lot to solve things with Uala friendly, if I'm wrong I want him to show all our convo, I'm a businessman and also friendly with everyone who I deal with, unfortunately I don't see trying to fix our issue, I would like him to realize that he is wrong, it's way too much money going nowhere, I did spoke to Uala like if he was my brother I didn't expected to be ripped off that way...

You cannot scam report on behalf of someone else.
Ask your partner (israel) to open a scam report by himself with proper proofs of how they were not working and how Uala resold the 6990 sub you mentioned.
