Additional Information:  11 days and still didnt finish the job... its not about the money its about that he wasted 11 days of my life for 15$ lmao, anyways he delivered the crypt after 4 days, he delivered the wrong options, and now for the last 7 days he has been delaying again the fix for it. always delays, problems IRL, me being annoying etc but it all jsut comes down that he agreed to do the job but he didnt have tme to do it, he didnt state before the deal that i will have to wait 2 weeks for a 15$  crypt... 
Crypto address for a refund: id rather him deliver it asap, but if he wants to refund ill private message my addy
