To begin with, it's important to underscore that we ceased selling Revolut accounts with APK quite some time ago. As a result, we no longer maintain or update the APK associated with these accounts. This is a business decision that was made in alignment with our organizational policies and customer feedback, and it has been communicated transparently to all our customers.

The claimant made their purchase in the past, when we were still offering these services. Given that significant amount of time has passed since the purchase was made, it seems unreasonable to expect ongoing support or warranty for these products. We have always endeavored to make clear the parameters of our customer support and warranty terms, and we never claimed to offer a lifetime warranty or perpetual support for these accounts.

It's also worth noting that all accounts—Revolut or otherwise—are subject to being locked and APKs may be patched. These actions are typically performed by the provider of the account, and are completely beyond our control. This fact forms one of the core reasons why we do not provide long-term warranties for such products.

In light of these considerations, I believe that our position is reasonable and justifiable. We are not in breach of any agreed terms, and as such, I respectfully disagree with the claimant's request for a refund.

I am willing to discuss this matter further to reach a mutually agreeable resolution. However, the dispute, as it stands now, appears to be based on expectations that were not set or agreed upon at the time of purchase.
