I will be addressing these claims against me in order, and try to reference to the best of my ability.
1)
The first screenshot you provided is discord screenshots from a channel that is not clearly marked nor is there any discord IDs shown or anything, and what makes me believe these are audited is the fact that my chat helper has access to this ticket (Lunar) even though mods do not get access to any tickets apart from Edit ones. This makes me believe you have edited these messages to remove key points such as when I sent you details about what queue position you were and status updates that I provide to customers as soon as I get them. To make this even more ridiculous you have actually gone ahead and cut the terms out of the screenshot.
(Once an order has started it cannot be refunded, Anything to do with shipping isn't our fault we only order the items for you, The order will be marked as completed ones the item has been delivered) + more but I don't know them of the top of my head.
It should be fairly obvious to you that he is not providing at all the full story or the full details here and that the screenshots have been edited along the way to make this appear like he has done nothing wrong and it is all my servers fault..

In terms of the order confirmation I am unsure how it is fake the site itself if you do research the domain was registered on the following date " 2021-02-26 14:52:55 UTC " -
https://lookup.icann.org/lookup, unless I was planning to scam you out of £700 for 8 months before I even created this cracked that claim is just absolutely stupid xD and I would never scam out of that amount it would end up getting me no further as having a good rep = having good business, my 80 rep is worth way more than £700 and my vouches and the community i have made.

In regards to me creating auctions, yes I am able to make an auction from my phone as I have the app downloaded and I get ring doorbell notifications or messages from the people at my drops when something arrives. What I am not able to do is check order statuses as that requires being on computer looking at a long list of emails and passwords picking out what one is yours going to the email getting order confirmation etc. I even told you on Telegram that once I was home I would happily check your order status (ALREADY ORDERED AT THAT POINT). Before any confusion each order has its own email.

My discord was terminated and so was all of my staff members discords, I understand you think that I own discord but I sadly do not I cannot control if and when they terminate me and I tried to make sure they did not by making the discord based around buses, if were in my discord you would have received a discord alert on the lines of "A server you were in violated discords terms of service and has been removed from the platform, please refrain from participating in such servers" or something like that everyone in the server gets an alert when you get terminated its not possible to fake.
Your products have been ordered (Not going to prove it as you even sent a screenshot yourself) and will now be marked as completed, I will happily assist you on cracked.to or telegram for any other inquiries.
I request that this scam report is shut and the user is punished or something for creating false evidence in a scam report. He has clearly edited screenshots to his own personal preference to remove terms about refunds and to remove details on orders.
